Digital Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

Digital Account Executives sit within our Digital community, this team is a fully integrated digital media planning and buying division offering services across all digital channels.

We are looking for technology fanatics who are passionate about innovation and have a genuine interest in marketing and advertising. Importantly you will be digitally savvy, confident using Excel, numerically minded with great attention to detail and a strong team player. As a Digital Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Digital Media Planner/Buyer in the areas of Account Administration, Financials, Media Tools and Systems, Campaign management and Reporting, Creative Thinking, Ad Hoc Projects and Team Support.

You will work with the Media Director and Group Media Directors to develop strategic direction on all digital media for assigned accounts. Take primary responsibility for Digital Media performance by acting as the final supervisory checkpoint for all Digital Media documents, and ensure timely issuance of reports.

- Ensure all buying tactics/strategies have been followed as outlined in plans.
- Be ready to help the team when you’re needed
- Recognize, respect and address differing opinions. Actively solicit ideas from others.
- Bring favorable closure to team issues and recommendations.
- Work synergistically with digital planners and Account Management.
- Maintain a sense of humor. Remain enthusiastic in the face of setbacks.
- Display passion and energy for the challenges the team faces.

Requirements

- You have excellent Microsoft Office skills (excel, PowerPoint, word, etc.)
- Experience in digital media planning and buying, FBX, and Google AdWords.
- Experience in digital ad trafficking, ad serving, and media campaign reporting against digital media campaigns
- Experience with email marketing strategy and execution
- Excellent communication and time management skills under high-pressure situations both internally and externally
- Up-to-date knowledge in digital media platforms and advertising programs, and eagerness to constantly use innovation in daily tasks and projects.
