Digital Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Opportunity for a bright individual to undertake a rewarding role in a busy team for one of our clients in the Middle East. The company is a well known, high profile Property Developer with the headquarters in Dubai, and many branches spread out across multiple continents.

The role will involve relocating to Dubai on a working visa, for which the process will be supported by the company. The salary will range between AED (Emirati Dirhams) 20000 - 38000, depending on abilities.

Role and Responsibilities:
- The person will work across different disciplines of the digital tasks at hand, working closely with the top management.
- Lead on implementing digital campaigns by managing, utilizing and liaising between marketing members, digital resources, agencies and business partners.
- Raise brand awareness, increase search engine visibility or increase lead generation
- understand website data using Google Analytics and then enhance website and external tactics to improve overall marketing performance.

The person will be overlooking the following:
- Digital media planning and implementation with 3rd party suppliers/publishers
- Search engines' optimization/marketing activities
- Social Media
- Mobile marketing
- Online advertising
- Creating brochures and other printed materials to supplement online products
- Managing/implementing re-marketing initiatives
- Managing internal RTB and GDN process (instead of agencies)
- Providing analysis on campaigns, social platforms, and always on assist such as corporate website

Requirements

- Passionate about the digital world, self starter and fast learner
- Strong digital media knowledge (PPC, CPM, CTR etc.)
- Strong understanding of paid search tactics and SEO tactics
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and metrics
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies across different digital platforms
- CMS knowledge
- Strong technical background to be able to assess suppliers, use solutions and develop RFP's
- Preferable with e-commerce digital marketing experience or real estate background.
- Exposure in international markets like Europe, CIS, Africa, Asia-Pacific, etc. would be desirable.
