Ounass has been the catalyst to the expansion of Al Tayer's Online platforms. We plan to see our portfolio of Brands come to life on the digital realm of online shopping. In this new era, Digital Marketing plays a major role in communicating the Brand's voice to shoppers. Currently, we have a Senior Digital Marketing Manager Position to drive forward the digital vision and strategy by managing Al Tayer Retail's online presence, developing, and executing strategic marketing programs and optimizing marketing technology infrastructure in alignment with Digital strategy of Al Tayer Retail.

Requirements

The Digital Marketing Manager Position is required to lead and direct the media strategy and supervise its implementation ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and that the appropriate content creation and publishing processes are followed. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Marketing and Events Management team to create, launch, and optimize digital and social campaigns, including further development of web pages (website and social media pages).

We are looking for a candidate who has the leadership skills to develop the critical thinking, analytical skills, and technical skills of the Digital Team. A Candidate who is able to identify individual talent to mold a team that can, manage, test and optimize online marketing campaigns that drive demand.
