Digital Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

• Generate leads through campaigns on the various media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, snapchat, Google Ad words, etc.) with a strong focus on leads and sale conversions.
• Manage Portals listings; coordinate with the property consultants and Sales Director & discuss lead generation opportunities.
• Provide visibility on Leads by optimizing various Content; On-Page & Off-Page SEO.
• Recommend and implement the overall digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Develop the weekly, monthly social media and events calendar on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and google ads.
• Advise on content creation to generate more followers.
• Target social influencers to be part of the company followers.
• Create and manage day-to-day online advertising.
• Managing the company’s website updates and provide content management support.
• Working closely with CEO & Director of Sales to provide strategic and operational support around campaign's, spend, ROIs, listings..etc.
• Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Requirements

• 6+ Years of experience working in Digital marketing
• Experience in handling high budget for running lead generation campaign for companies
• Experience in handling a team and managing their tasks
• Bachelors or Masters in Marketing
• Past Real Estate experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication - English
