A leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Digital Media Expert. This position will be reporting directly to the Brand & Advertising Manager

The Digital Media Manager contributes to brand’s success in the Middle East by developing and executing a digital marketing strategy that supports marketing and business objectives by serving as the embodiment and voice for the brand online.

Successful planning and tactical execution through a broad range of appropriate business-to-business digital marketing channels—including online, mobile, social media, email and other integrated Medias—will grow the business through increased awareness, lead generation, lead conversion and brand reputation.

Scope of action

Management of all Digital activations including:
- Drive the implementation of the Middle East digital marketing focus across all communications channels.
- Drive digital innovation through implementing all new digital, social, mobile platforms, applications, media and trends into brand’s marketing efforts and position as a digital leader in marketing in Middle East.
- Improve search engine optimization and general discovery of content by target groups.
- Analyze and report on web traffic, analytics, and engagement.
- Capture and track public sentiment and interests around the industry or product.

Management of Digital Campaigns:
- Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness and enhance the leads generation.
- Media Planning.
- Ensure local filter of all activities in tune with brand’s ME Local Brand Vision to ensure consistency
- Utilize a range of techniques including, Email Marketing to deliver commercial business results in the region.
- Work directly with the brand's Middle East importers to maintain the synergies of Digital presence and support the achieving the business goals.
- Daily Performance Monitoring during the campaign activation to adapt or enhance the execution if needed.
- Monitoring, Measurement and RA leading multinational automotive organization is seeking to recruit a Digital Media Expert. This position will be reporting directly to the Brand & Advertising Manager

Monitoring, Measurement and Reporting:
- Measure and analyze web analytics data of all digital activities.
- Evaluate key metrics captured from digital activities.
- Provide specific deliverables such as weekly reports, strategies, creative briefs as needed for new campaign ideas and strategic plans for existing as well as prospective clients.
- Review new technologies and keep brand's Middle East at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

General KPIs:
- Number of unique visitors, page views, products page views & brochure downloads on Brand's ME websites & landing pages (desktop & mobile versions)
- Total number of Leads & Total Leads converted to sales.
- Number of New FB Fans, Facebook Engagement Rate, Number of New Youtube Video Views, Number of Youtube Channel Subscribers and Number of New Twitter Followers, etc…

Campaign KPIs:
- Total Campaign Reach including: (unique visitors, page views, banner views, …etc)
- Total Number of Actions made on the landing pages including: (download brochure, play video, visit product details…etc)
- Total generated leads, Total Leads Treated on time.
- Total Leads Converted to Sales, Future Opportunity or Service Appointment
- Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Lead & Cost Per Sales.

Key Cooperation's:

Towards Agencies:
- Follow Up on digital executions and media plans.
- Follow up and challenge digital media plans from agencies within timeframe of implementation start of the agreed Marketing Calendar
- Ensure local filter of all Digital activities in tune with the brand ‘s ME Local Brand Vision to ensure consistency
- Finalize materials in English and Arabic
- Define Digital Campaign KPI in advance
- Prepare Campaign Assessment Report and KPI achievement

Towards the company’s:
- Roll Out to company’s in due time to ensure synergies between RME budget and company’s Budget
- Follow Up on local executions and media plan
- Follow Up on campaign performance per market on weekly basis during campaign
- Ensure reactive answer and added – value support to company’s in terms of local actions and Guidelines approval
- Ensure approval of all local Above The Line campaign from the company

Towards HQ:
- Follow HQ guidelines in terms of implementation and ensure answer to HQ in due time in terms of feedback / reporting.
- Measure and analyze web analytics data of all digital activities.

- Provide specific deliverables such as weekly reports, strategies, creative briefs as needed for new campaign ideas and strategic plans for existing as well as prospective clients.

Requirements

- Seeking a candidate with automotive experience who is intelligent, a hard worker, dynamic, pro-active and has excellent, relevant experience.
- Marketing qualifications
- UAE experience of 3 years +
- Strong personality
- Has experience with multinational companies
- Automotive experience highly preferred
- Arabic speakers preferred
