We are now seeking an exceptional Digital Projects Analyst to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible for digital technology services to the business, driving the development and operation of digital AEC products in alignment with KEO IT Strategy.

Requirements

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:

• Support and develop all aspects of BIM360 CDE and other Architecture Engineering Construction (AEC) information repositories
• Support software from Autodesk, Bentley, and other sources, such as ESRI and employ related technical protocols and standards
• Develop code in Python, Powershell, .NET, JavaScript and Forge
• Provide support and troubleshoot related to project applications including but not limited to: AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, Infraworks
• Manage and maintain all elements of the SCCM infrastructure
• Deploy and manage the release of non-Microsoft and Microsoft software and security updates
• Create and run QA/QC support on current project delivery workflows
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing solutions
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Test and maintain software products and deployments to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Administer other digital solutions and systems
• Assist with project management, information management and modeling efforts on projects
• Recommend improvements to existing software solutions as necessary
• Design, develop, document, test, debug and deploy workflows and applications to automate business processes and improve efficiency
• Participate in business requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
• Participate in systems requirements analysis and code reviews
• Participate in the innovation, incubation and iteration of digital products
• Train users in conversion and implementation of systems
• Create knowledge base articles and maintain correct technical standard
• Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
• Ensure that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years career experience in supporting engineering applications and partnered with a Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent.

Demonstrated skills and experience are required in the following; BIM360, Forge, CDE, Python, Powershell, .NET programming, JavaScript, PowerBI and Microsoft Office 365.

Candidates whom are certified in Office365, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management and / or Business Analysis will receive priority consideration.
