Digital & Social Media Manager - Arabic Speaking with Cosmetics Online Media Experience

Client is a cosmetics brand is looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager, which supports the communication team in the development and execution of the brand's digital platform and activities.

Some of the responsibilities are withing Social & Digital Media:
- Responsible for the planning and executing the digital and social media calendar for MEA based on the Regional Marketing Calendar and within budget
- Working closely with the International team and adapt strategy in the region
- Building a strong presence for the brand in all social media to achieve high ranking in the social and online media share of voice
- Monitors and manages brand’s online reputation & awareness by ensuring relevant online presence and manages brand content
- Strengthen relationship with social media representatives and online media while increasing database
- Managing and handling social media projects and campaigns
- Build and maintain social media and bloggers’ lists and make sure it is updated in each market
- Draft content in English & Arabic for a unique social media voice
- Creates and organizes content for distribution on online platforms
- Organize and execute social media content development (visual, tutorial videos and text)
- Working closely with graphic designer and team to receive all graphics and content needed.
- Regular meetings with online and social media representatives
- Manage and maintain Facebook page through regular posts, campaigns with the objective of increasing number of likes while maintaining quality control
- Managing YouTube channel for the Middle East and creating content to further promote the channel and increase the number of subscribers
- Adapting, developing and managing website applications for MEA & Turkey
- Responsible for overseeing the launch and roll out of the brand’s iPad makeover application in the region
- Responsible for overseeing the roll out of the brand’s makeover application on websites and liaising with all parties involved while ensuring content and design development is according to brand guidelines
- Mapping or outlining a website's structural content
- Translating marketing or informational content into a functional website
- Creating content (images, graphics, videos) regularly
- Defining and implementing a strategy to drive traffic to the website (online advertising, links, bloggers outreach etc.)
- Maintaining and updating website regularly

Requirements

- Candidate to have at least 3 years experience within cosmetics
- Good editorial skills in English & Arabic
- Existing relationship network with online media representatives
- Good understanding of the online media environment
- Self-Driven and can work without direct supervision
- Consumers insight, specially as regards selective or cosmetics products
- Excellent communication skills
