Job description / Role

- Manage and lead consulting engagement and project teams - act a lead point of contact with senior executives within client organisations
- Assist our clients in developing their digital strategy across products to best utilise the technology available to them across the world
- Lead teams as part of major transformation programmes within client businesses and take responsibility for identifying and validating value creation opportunities for our clients
- Develop and present well organised findings and outcomes to, typically, CXO level stakeholders in client businesses
- Take responsibility for mentoring and coaching junior members of the team
Requirements
- Digital Customer Experience skills across Banking / Financial Services clients
- Experience developing digital strategy across the spectrum of available technologies for Financial Services clients
- MBA educated from a leading international business school
- Experience working with a leading international strategy consultancy, recognised boutique consultancy or big 4 consulting practice in the digital space
