Direct Sales Officer

Job description / Role

Objectives:
• To achieve targets on a monthly basis

Main responsibilities:
• Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services
• Must be target & self-driven
• Must be a dedicated, hardworking & excellent team player
• Results-focused
• Customer service focused
• Minimum education high school or graduate
• Knowledge and understanding of general banking procedures (Preferably experience in U.A.E.)
• Proven ability to build/sustain relationships with customers
• Must be available to join immediately
• Reporting to: Sales Manager
• Subordinates: Team Leader
• Duration: Permanent position
• Desired start date: Immediately
• Probation: 1 month or less
• Working Hours: 9 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
• Travel requirements: As per requirement
• Gross monthly base salary: Salary justification basis
• Commission / Bonus: Yes

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Bachelors
• Other certifications obtained: Diploma
• Nature and length of previous experience: A minimum of 1-year experience in banking institution is mandatory
• Specialist knowledge: Credit cards, personal loans
• Soft Skills and Personality traits: negotiation skills,interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills
• Age Range: 19 - 39
• Current Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi
