Job description / Role
Exciting opportunity to take on a senior regional role within a very successful international business and work on both existing commissions but with the freedom and support to development and new business and grow a team regionally.
You will be a team player with the ability to manage others, be an exceptional multitasker and have natural time management skills. You must be able to use your own initiative, be degree qualified and be fluent in written and spoken English.
Degree qualified and professional qualified. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Claims Consultancy and able to take an overview of all aspects of this sector as a Senior Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of all major forms of contract with experience of client side claims and contract management. Project experience will be in a mix of sectors relevant to the regions construction market, previous international experience is ideal but not essential. The successful candidate will most likely come from a consultancy or claims background with a stable track record of managing commissions from inception to completion and for building excellent client relationships and developing business as a result.
Requirements
* Degree Qualified
* Proven track record in claims and ideally with specialised contracts experience
* Professionally qualified by RICS and/or the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
* Excellent Knowledge of all forms of major forms of contract
* Proven track record high level claims, delay or litigation (likely to be specialised in one of these)
* Client side claims experience
* Business development experience - confident in developing new business through the development of excellent client relationships and following up on leads
* Relevant project experience infrastructure or building
* Exceptional written and spoken English
