Job description / Role
An international telecoms company is seeking an expert advisor on Digital Care to drive their exciting digital transformation program.
You will be accountable for:
* Lead the Digital Sales agenda across all digital channels and platforms
* Initiate, define and manage all digital sales campaigns
* Continuous monitoring and improvement of the customer user experience and journey
Requirements
You will have the following skill set:
* Degree educated
* 10+ years experience, ideally as a product owner for a leading, global ecommerce firm
* Proven experience in using Google Analytics with Firebase experience an advantage
* Industry experience in telecoms or global consultancy is highly desirable
