Director – Digital Transformation (lead a start-up team of 20+ people)

- You will manage a portfolio of business, leading senior-level client engagements with new business and revenue accountability.
- You will be a hands on lead engineer playing a vital role across development and architecture communities.
- You will be driven by a passion for technology, software engineering and building the best of breed solutions using the latest languages, tools and frameworks.

Requirements

- 15+ years of work experience of which the last 5-10 years in digital transformation, technology or consulting.
- Background in consulting, digital or transformation leadership
- Engagement with C-level clients in large multi-national organizations - a track record of leading client engagements and growing business as a result
- Experience in bringing together teams with multiple disciplines in technology, experience and strategy
- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to impact and influence the outcome in a complex environment
