Director - HC Business Partner

Job description / Role

Our client, one of the leading Corporations in Dubai with a reputation for exceptional; service and standards is now looking for a Senior HR professional to develop their Business Partnering model.

The role is a complex one which includes the demands the following responsibilities,
- Work with the Head of HR and Department Head to set the HR strategic direction and create the outline for all of the training & development/retention/employee engagement related matters at an organisational level and on HR Business Partnering
- Maintain an understanding of relevant best practices in HRM
- Deliver on the advisory role of the Business Partner for all Divisions within the Corporation such that there is a working interface between the business line and HR
- Attend all relevant meetings and build an understanding of all Division's strategic imperatives with the rest of the HR department
- Identify and work with Department Head to address all opportunities for organisational structural enhancement including opportunities for increased efficiency and operational facilitation
- Communicate the HR policies and procedures with the relevant department employees and ensure that all employees are updated
- Ensure all employees have set and recorded relevant individual KPIs
- Work with the Head of HR to finalise the organisational level Budget for Training & Development/Retention/Employee Engagement related activities
- Work with Department Head to guide all Talent Management programs designed to deliver organisation wide talent imperatives
- Ensure the completion of recruitment related formalities such as employment visas, necessary clearance documents and reference checks
- Review the manning and training requirements of the section and suggest amendments to the HR Head as appropriate
- Support all approved Audit requests with reporting and any other requirements.

Requirements

- 8-10 years of relevant functional experience in HR
- Strong generalist experience with a strong focus on Training & Development
- A credible HR qualification
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong time management
- UAE National ONLY
