Director - Healthcare Consulting

Job description / Role

Our client, an internationally recognised leader in the professional services arena, are looking to grow their Dubai office. Their consulting practice advises on broad range of issue from strategy through to implementation. Working with both public and private sector clients they offer a variety of services, from defining initial strategy to planning its development and implementing it's outcome.

- The Role

Engagement Management
- Lead engagement planning and budgeting
- Define the deliverable structure and content
- Manage engagement teams
- Manage engagement economics
- Manage engagement risk
- Strong stakeholder / client management skills across senior management

Business Development
- Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients
- Contribute in the development of pricing strategies
- Organise and lead business pursuit teams

People Development
- Perform the role of coach and counselor to junior team members
- Actively participate in staff recruitment
- Provide leadership and support for the delivery teams and staff
- Provide input and guidance into the staffing process and manpower planning.

Requirements

A relevant degree educated from an internationally recognised university, post graduate / professional qualifications are preferred.
10+ years of relevant experience in consulting or industry (with consulting experience)
5+ years experience in the Healthcare / Life Sciences industry.
Business development experience and high comfort level meeting with and presenting
Demonstrated experience in business process improvement using information and technology
A willingness to travel 80-100% of the time
Experience managing large, complex projects with 12+ resources within a consulting environment
