Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Lead, develop and execute Company and communications efforts
- Develop and execute Annual Marketing and Communication strategy and business plan in line with budgetary requirements and strategic initiatives
- Provide internal and external stakeholder management communication and management processes
- Successful stakeholder management with media representatives, business associates / partners and government agencies
- Lead and develop a word class team that transforms the marketing organization into a knowledge centre
- Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies and objectives of Company and compliance with the laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi and UAE

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related degree.
- Master’s degree an asset
Preferred Experience:
- 12+ years of experiences in Marketing
- 5-7 years in strategic leadership role

Job-Specific Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of marketing / communications business
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Proven leadership within complex teams with ability to implement change management strategies
