Guildhall is representing a main contractor who have operations across the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq and have successfully completed projects including Hospitals, Commercial buildings, Infrastructure and Residential over the last 10 years in this region.
A strategic appointment has arisen for a Director of Planning to be based from the Dubai HQ with regional responsibility.
Please note that regular travel will be associated with this position.
Requirements
* Degree and Masters in an Engineering related Discipline
* Experience of working within a 'contractor' environment
* Operated in the capacity of Head of Dept. relative to Planning and Project Controls
* Educated at a Western Institution
