Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The main responsibility is to manage the total sales efforts within the hotels & the area sales office to generate pro-actively revenue. The basic guideline to do this is the Hospitality Business Plan. He/she maintains, develops and recognizes Key Accounts / prospects. He/she maintains on a regular basis the contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and is involved with all the agreements/contracts the hotel has with major Key Accounts/Tour Operators, etc. He/she is aware of the market trends from all the existing and potential feeders. Must be aware of all different segments and develop corporate business both in the UAE and overseas, as well as MICE.

He/she ensures that the sales team consistently disposes of adequate, motivated and skilled personnel across all levels, considering both customer oriented (quality) as well as commercial aspects. He/she cares that sales office administration and filing is properly organized and according to our standards.

In performing these duties he/she shall at all times maintain good relations with his/her supervisor, the Rooms Division and Reservation department.

SCOPE:
- Compilation of and exceeding financial budgets within rooms (Market mix, avg. room rate, YIELD and Occupancy).
- Organization and monitoring of all administrative affairs within the Sales Office.
- Cooperation with hotel’s Rooms Division, F&B, Conference/Seminar, Banquet/Catering department.
- Coordination with Regional Sales Office
- Close contacts to Corporate Accounts and Travel Trade

Requirements

- Maximum 12-14 years of total work experience.
- Candidates running their own firms/ business are a no go.

Client is open to negotiate on your desired Salary plus commission. If candidates are exceptionally strong.

- Industries: Real Estate / Life Insurance / Time Share / FMCG
- Would need the CV’s along with their Pictures.

Monthly Salary: AED 25,000 to AED 35000 Basic (Depending upon Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
