Divisional Manager (Broadcast Systems)

Leading broadcast systems integrator is looking for a 'Head of broadcast' professional. This exciting, developing company is considered one of the leading Broadcast equipment manufacturers and integrators in MENA region.

The position requires managing a medium sized team who are in-turn responsible for different areas within the division. The role will also include travel to potential clients all over the GCC and Middle East. Key to your success will be negotiating and closing deals so it is imperative the successful candidate comes from a Sales or Business Development background.

Requirements

- Educated to Degree Level - Elec Eng
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years’ experience within Broadcast of which 5 must be in a management position
- A firm understanding and knowledge of the broadcast market
- Be able to create new strategies to expose the company to new opportunities
- You should have an excellent knowledge of broadcast products and be a great motivator of people.
- You will be a disciplined manager who leads by example
- Experience of full management of P&L
