Job description / Role
Company: The company is one of the most respected lighting and electrical trading companies in the Gulf region. Based in Dubai, with operations in Oman, Qatar and India.
Role:
- This will be a leadership role focused on driving large scale lighting sales (retail and projects) and the candidate should have strong existing relationship with MEP contractors, Interior fit-out installers, MEP consultants, Lighting designers etc.
- You will be reporting to the COO of the company and work closely with key corporate client accounts in the UAE.
- Candidate should be presentable, must have good communication skills, effective problem-solving skills and must be able to provide leadership to the lighting division.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and establish product guidelines to define sales and orders for execution in the UAE market.
- Conduct Customer, Market & Competitor Analysis.
- Identify new product and new product lines.
- Keep and Develop a healthy pipeline of projects.
- Support the team in putting together technical bids.
- Create business development plans.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Current UAE Lighting Industry experience in a similar role is a must.
- Should preferably have an Electrical Engineering degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience leading medium to large teams.
