Job description / Role
Long established Architecture and design consultancy require a Document Controller is require to oversee the construction documents, agreements, contracts, project correspondence and instructions of the project this large residential project in Dubai.
This person will be responsible for filing and retrieving of records of the project, construction documentation, permits, and contracts, creating and maintaining filing systems for efficient information management, developing systems and conducting audits of standards being utilised.
Interacting with the technical team and also external consultants for data collection, this person will be organising the project team and rolling out this companies standard practice of document control to the highest standard.
Requirements
This individual will be working in Dubai currently and have minimum 4 years experience working in a professional environment, contracting or consultancy in a similar role, working to high levels of organisation.
With an eye for detail, highly organised, and the ability to implement new procedures and systems for a new project, this individual will be hardworking and highly communicative.
Excellent English skills, written and oral required as is expert use of MS Office, Aconex and other forms of document control systems.
