Employment:
Full Time
- Document management
- Database management
- Handling in coming and out going communications, phone calls and emails
- Creation of relevant documents and reports
- Liaising with colleagues and superiors
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
Requirements
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- One – Three years experience as a document controller
- Strong communication skills
- Degree Educated, preferably
- Administrative experience within construction
- Fluent English, written and spoken
Salary 5,000AED – 7,000AED
