WSP are looking for a Document Controller to join our team in UAE. The key objectives of the role will be to:
• Support the team with timesheets or any admin support
• Manage the site documentation
• Coordinate with clients and contractors DCs
• Do all scanning, copying and admin work on site
• To ensure hard and soft copies of drawings, files, report etc. are properly maintained as per BMS
• To keep proper track of documentation throughout the project life
• To properly archive the project documents after closure
Requirements
• Degree level qualification preferably in English Language
• Approximately 3-5 years of related work experience,
• Software knowledge (Aconex, Proliance, SharePoint etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel)
• Good attitude & good relationship with others
• Understanding the importance of flexibility
