Document Controller

Job description / Role

• Receive documents, ensuring their proper classification, sorting and filing.
• Ensure all incoming and reviewed documents are correctly logged and redirected to the right person / department.
• Establish and maintain a proper document filing system for hard copies.
• Organise and maintain electronic copies and file sharing system of all incoming and outgoing documents.
• Maintain a comprehensive data base with all documents, ensuring they are correctly registered and appropriately filled.
• Ensure timely transfer of electronic documents and hard copy documentation to/from clients, consultants,contractors and/or third parties.
• Ensure the documents are maintained under safe custody, without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.
• Manage precise archiving of technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required:
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Knowledge of an electronic document management system preferred.
