Job description / Role
Under the supervision of the Senior project manager, perform project oriented Document Controlling and Document Management compliance with the internal Document Management procedures of The Heart Of Europe. This is a Site based job.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a filing and storage system for original corporate documents, project documents
- Setup a project master document register
- Manages and records the throughput of all aspects of all project documentation
- Maintain a project document database to track, manage and control issued documents
- Assist in selection, implementation management and administration of the electronic document management system
- Supports the project management on all aspects of document control
- Provide support during corporate audits
- Keep record of renewal of Licenses/Certificate of good standings
- Responsible of compliance with "The Heart Of Europe" DC procedures
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities
- Three years of proven successful track record in project document controlling with a construction background
- Strong communication, prioritization and organisational skills
- Works under minimal supervision
- Ability to use word-processing and database applications including MS Office and Outlook
