Job description / Role
Salary: 5,000 to 8,000 AED
One of our reputed clients has successfully built a region-wide recognition for creating exceptional award winning landscapes, garden and interior designs based on a philosophy of enhancing the environment and sustainability.
Over its history, they have grown and innovated to become the leader in its field. As a result of its pioneering approach, the firm is today the first and only true provider of unique lifestyle choices. They are expanding their team and are seeking an experienced Draftsman. This role reports to the Technical Manager.
Responsibilities:
- The draftsman is responsible for the visual representation of the landscaping/fit-out, they have to remain in touch with the architects and engineers in order to add to the value of the work or add aesthetic value to the sketches
- He should also incorporate changes or modifications according to the suggestions of the architect or the engineer
- Should have the ability to put thoughts into action as far as making drawings are concerned, after the completion of the initial sketches
- Should present them to the architect for appropriate implementation.
Requirements
- Candidates should have minimum of 7 years’ experience in a contracting company in the UAE.
- Fluent English speaker and good communication skills.
- Only Filipinos should apply for the role
- Architecture background is preferred
The working days are from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour lunch break. And alternate Saturdays are working only for half day ie. From 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
