Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for producing and updating Lease Outline Drawings to determine accurate leasable areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare independent shop drawings and lease outline drawings for use by leasing department and tenants
- Assist the Tenant Coordinator in reviewing the fit-out drawings received from tenants to ensure adherence to Mall standards
- Check shop area calculations for accuracy, update the retail unit status list and forward all to the leasing department for their consideration in rent calculation
- Coordinate with the Senior Architect to make design changes required by either the landlord or the tenant contractor
- Prepare structural calculations and analyses of building as required by architect or project manager
- Prepare different layouts - logistic plan, mall directory of location, different forms
- Prepare proposals for the Projects department to be send to contractors
- Digitize, sort, store, secure and control all available hard copies of drawing and documents
- Prepare visual presentations for Marketing Department.

Requirements

- Civil diploma / architectural diploma
- Auto CAD certificate
- Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in the same field
- Proven site experience

Knowledge/Skills
- Experience in architectural design, detailing and oversee consultants projects
- Should have creativity, vision and good aesthetic sense and architectural knowledge
- A thorough knowledge and exposure to latest design trends, construction techniques and finishes
- Must possess effective communication & inter personal skills organization attached.
- Knowledge of latest software used in architecture
