Draughtsman (Architectural)

Job description / Role

- Studying his project original contract drawings in coordination with PM, PCM, Coordinators.
- Checking of all types of drawings received from subcontractors and suppliers for coordination purposes.
- Establishes, reviews, and implement the schedule of drawings issuance prepared by the Planner in accordance with the schedule of submittals to avoid delays to the works in coordination with PM, PCM, and site planning engineer.
- Follows-up drawings issues with the concerned; clarifies with consultant, PM, PCM, coordinators, site subcontractors or through the PM and as required.
- Collects information at the required speed and early enough from the concerned to ensure that no delays will affect neither the works under process or the next step of that work.
- Establishing drawings for temporary works to allow proper execution of site works when requested.
- Establishes detailed sketches to progress a work when requested.
- Establishing, revising coordinated drawings between companies scopes and others as required by PM/PCM/Coordinators.

Requirements

- Diploma in Architecture/Civil or Architecture/Civil Draughting Certificate (ITI) with a minimum of 4 years experience in Architectural Draughting for building projects with large contracting companies preferably in the Middle East.
- Must have experience in 3D Max.
