An ADNOC Joint venture based in Abu Dhabi are seeking a Drilling Operations Manager to join the team. The successful Drilling Operations Manager will have 20 years experience in drilling operations and engineering, including 5 years of which should be in offshore drilling and 5 years in senior supervisory capacity.
As Drilling Operations Advisor you will provide technical expertise, knowledge and experience in the drilling activities, including develop drilling operations programs, supervision and execution of drilling operations conducted at rig site.
You will ensure material requirements are correctly forecasted and contracted to meet the Accountable for Mud, Cement and waste management activities for Drilling Division. Plans, supervises and optimizes the technical evaluation of the standard and nonstandard equipment and follows up the completion of the Division`s role in the procurement process of drilling, Workover and completion equipment/materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
- 20 years` experience in drilling operations and engineering, including 5 years of which should be in offshore drilling and 5 years in a senior supervisory capacity.
- Large development project experience. Oil and Gas in Middle East experience is a plus.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Decision-making and prioritizing abilities.
- Analytical and Creative Bent of Mind.
- Proficient in English.
