Most valued financial services provider in the middle east is looking to hire E-commerce and Personal Finance Management Lead for the Retail Banking/ Multi-channel & CRM:

Job Description:
- Responsible from the analytics tracking and traffic monitoring on the portal, identifying the specific behavior of customers and customer profiling by interacting with CLM team
- Identify upselling and cross-selling scenarios on the portal to increase online sales while ensuring right customers are targeted at the right time
- Manage offers, deals and digital coupons with Ecommerce partners/merchants and maintenance of merchant offers on the portal. Responsible from the positioning of the merchant offers in the online portal, targeting the right customers at the right time.
- Construct and maintain the personal finance management proposition of the portal, have a clear understanding of PFM 2.0 proposition and drive the teams to construct an integrated PFM offering in the portal that is smart, usable and sustainable which results in actionable insights for the customer.
- Manage targeted customer recommendations by analyzing the financial activities of the customer with CLM and product teams, work on the process design
- Interact with the UXUI consultants to ensure the delivery of the optimum customer experience while ensuring consistency across the portal
- Lead online streamlines, ensure understanding of business requirements among all stakeholders, track the project implementation process, manage the UAT stage and deliver the project with maximum quality
- Lifecycle management of online portal projects to outline customer and business requirements, to critically evaluate them, develop and agree on the customer journey and modelling of the business flow using a semi agile approach.
- Understanding the needs of the digitally connected customers, keep up-to-date with current and future online trends and adding new value-added services and transactions that are in demand by customers and aid in the migration to online channel.
- Specify ways to enhance business processes which will turn the current online solution into a world-class platform and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with IT developers, legal and business stakeholders to drive the solution through to delivery
- Knowledge and understanding of lean process practices and processes designed on global best practice websites
- Have a deep understanding of banking products, services and processes.
- Ensure quality and execution of processes within business process objectives by working closely with teams involved in the project
- Keep processes under continuous review to identify gaps and risks and develop appropriate contingency plans
- Liaise with IT, external vendor (if any), testing resources, and service level agreements.
- Provide product documentation and training to call centre and branches, and serve as the subject matter expert concerning the designated product and/or product line.

Requirements

- Aged 25-32 Years with Bachelor’s degree in business field is preferred.
- Professional business qualification (in user experience/Ecommerce) would be a plus

Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience is required in web user experience and/or ecommerce related roles
- Good skills in terms of project management
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, services, processes and distribution related matters exposure as a preference
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables, and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes.

- Solid analytical, critical and creative problem solving skills with an understanding of electronic delivery channels and how to utilize them to meet business goals is required.
