Job description / Role
One of the biggest banking group in the Middle East is looking to develop and manage all digital/direct channels and related frontend platforms across all retail banking distribution channels. They need an Arabic speaker with the ability to think out of the box in developing solutions.
The role will be responsible from the E-commerce activities of the portal including interacting with merchants to introduce new offers, deals and digital coupons in online banking. Lead online streamlines, ensure understanding of business requirements among all stakeholders, track the project implementation process,
Active involvement in the UAT stage and deliver the project with maximum quality. Lifecycle management of online portal projects to outline customer and business requirements.
Creation of user stories, user experience and UI components and templates including the htmls required both for the English and Arabic portal.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business field.
- Previous creative design agency experience with involvement in online banking projects is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience is required in web user experience and/or E-commerce related roles.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, services, processes and distribution related matters exposure as a preference.
- Proven success working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities while managing tactical and strategic deliverables and ability to concurrently manage multiple projects and timeframes.
