Employment: Full Time

The E-Commerce Digital Analytics Manager is responsible for the development of the digital analytics strategy, roadmap and implementation of E-Commerce analytics across all digital channels (Web, APP, In Store, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) across all divisions, while ensuring alignment of strategy with division heads, the analytics platforms, and implementation projects and initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
- Establish and implement an E-Commerce analytics strategy and roadmap to ensure the continued growth of digital channels in line with the company strategy and objectives, as well as the brand's Omnichannel and experience objectives.
- Ensure consistent and quality data for reporting purposes, and the alignment of eCommerce KPI's across all divisions.
- Develop and implement division and brand analytic action plans for E-Commerce to drive better quality of traffic at a lower cost,
- Improve conversion through optimizing the customer experience, online trading and merchandising reports and usability recommendations.
- Engage with division teams and regional teams (marketing, retail analysis, BI) and train them on E-Commerce analytics and enable them to be power users on the E-Commerce analytics stack.
- Plan, oversee, and launch all new E-Commerce and Omnichannel projects with the agreed analytics strategy, including launches in new market, as well as new functionalities and programs in existing markets.
- Manage analytics solutions, platforms, integration and partners.
- Drive the analytics project management, QA and testing across maintenance and new developments, while ensuring the buy-in and support of all concerned departments and functions in the organization.
- Ensure QA standards for all new analytics developments as well as existing platforms.
- Act as the relationship manager for E-Commerce analytics solution partners, including integrator partner, digital marketing, as well as solution suppliers.

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing: Master's is a plus.
- 7+ Years of experience in similar role across eCommerce, preferably in a large eCommerce business.
- Strong knowledge in platform implementation and management e.g. Hybris, Salesforce, OMS, PIM, Content management.
- Evident experience of working within an APP, digital marketing and analytics background.
- Strong SEO understanding and Google stack (GTM, Google analytics, Google Studio, Bit Query, Tableau, Firebase, Appsflyer).
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, BI.
