Job description / Role
• Product/Content creation
• Inventory/Pricing update
• Confirmation and processing of PO's.
• Confirming and processing daily orders received on any E-Commerce portals where we sell our products.
• Uploading Invoices for direct orders.
• Extract sales and inventory data and prepare reports for all seller accounts
• Deal with customer queries/complains.
• Prepare and submit products for promotions on a regular basis
• Coordination with the WH team to ensure deliveries are done on time.
• Extracting marketing content from the available Media Kit.
• Regular price surveys
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have the following experience and competencies:
• Proven working experience in UAE as a sales executive 5 - 7 years in e-commerce sales and online platforms
• Previous contracting or sales background in a must.
• Strong UAE market knowledge
• Proficiency in English speaker is preferred
• High-level communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
