Employment: Full Time

As E-Commerce Manager International, you are required to manage the overall site traffic acquisition, development & sales performance of the Emirates Holidays international sites in over 35 global markets. Accountable for the traffic acquisition, site conversion and achievement of revenue targets across all lines of business, for all international points of sale. Ownership of all traffic channel performance, delivering a sustainable, profitable traffic mix.

Job Outline:
- Drive the commercial and site performance of Emirates Holidays international sites, achieving the agreed site traffic, sales and revenue targets across all product lines including air and non-air sales (Hotel Only, Flight Only, Dynamic Packages, Insurance, Marhaba, Transfers).
- Deliver agreed site conversion targets, including onsite optimisation testing to drive improved conversion performance. Influence the wider Emirates Holidays eCommerce management team to adopt your recommendations.
- Manage internal and external relationships to ensure online revenue targets are maximised, namely Yield management, Suppliers, Corporate Communications, Travel Republic, Metasearch account managers and General Manager’s from each country.
- Drive each country’s online revenue targets through efficient traffic acquisition channels. Responsible for analysing the daily performance of all traffic sources and define opportunities to grow traffic within all Emirates Holidays international sites efficiently and cost effectively. Traffic acquisition channels include SEM-Search Engine Marketing, SEO- Search Engine Optimisation, Metasearch Engine, ECRM- Electronic customer relationship management, Retargeting, and Media Sales & Display. Analyse traffic performance daily and define opportunities to grow traffic within all Emirates Holidays international sites efficiently.
- Identify new local market traffic acquisition channels. Build business cases to support new traffic channel integration. Responsible for end to end implementation of all new traffic acquisition channels applicable to Emirates Holidays international sites, including technical integration, setting up reporting mechanism and daily account management of each channel.
- Responsible for the international markets product mix, pricing strategy and identification of new product/inventory opportunities to meet local market requirements. Responsible for the end to end delivery for all new product/inventory on site.
- Execution of all onsite product merchandising – ensuring product, price and customer experience reflects local market demand, booking trends and seasonality. Ensure all Emirates Holiday international sites are accurate, up to date and inline with the Emirates Holiday brand and local market regulations, customs and culture.
- Responsible for all customer touch point performance of Emirates Holidays international sites– mobile, tablet, desktop, sales centre & social. Identify areas of improvement within the customer journey by each touch point.
- Manage the site budget for Emirates Holidays international sites. Provide regular updates to Manager E-Commerce, with recommendations on options to maximise return on investment, market growth and cost management.

Requirements

- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in business or marketing.
- 5+ years experience in the Travel / Airline Industry in a marketing/sales and E-commerce capacity.

Knowledge and skills:
- Strong negotiating and influence skills to manage relationships with external parties and strong communication skills to interact with senior level business managers.
- Specific knowledge of the sales environment of the travel industry, including an understanding of traffic acquisition, onsite conversion optimisation, and general web management.
- Experience of site optimisation tools (Clicktale, Optimizley, Optimost, Sessioncam)
- Management of multiple search traffic acquisition channels – Meta, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Retargeting, Display
