Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The E-commerce Ops Analyst is responsible to manage shop executives to ensure that all activities (logistics, finance, customer service, etc.) of all the products that are displayed on E- Commerce shops are performed accurately to a high standard and timely manner while maximizing sales and profits

Key Accountabilities
• Create reporting routines across sales, order volume projections, logistics and reverse logistics for Online shop(s)
• Monitor stock (ATS/ATP) across channels and sends recommendations and proposals to the ECommerce
• Web Merchandiser to assure the achievement of sales targets for the E-commerce shop(s)
• Analyze the financial reports and propose solutions in relation to all logistic matts for the Ecommerce
• Shop(s) after alignment with the product team members
• Monitor the available stock and location of the upcoming stocks based on the sales as well as order
• projections to ensure a smooth replenishment of all stocks and minimizing any shrinkage
• Liaise with the inventory department to gain perspective on stock control and fraud cases in relation to the stock capacity registered for all E-commerce shop (s)
• Cooperate with the logistics department/shipping agencies to assure the on-time deliveries of the products to their designated locations
• Supervise the warehouse and packing station(s) operations; proposes and implements solutions and improvements in the process
• Observe and resolve any issues related to online customer orders, deliveries and customer service cases to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and delivery of the promise

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in an operations role, preferably in a fast-growing e-commerce and/or strategic
• consulting environment
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
