A leading Global Consultancy is actively looking for an experienced Forensics Manager with Relativity experience for the Electronic Discovery (E-Discovery) team based in Dubai.
Title: Forensics Manager - E-Discovery (Relativity)
The Forensic team is a regional practice dealing with a huge variety of global fraud, corruption and regulatory investigations. As the technical expert you will work alongside our forensic teams and litigators on a variety of projects. No project is the same.
You will be experienced in managing and delivering electronic document reviews to investigators and lawyers. In particular you will be very experienced with 'Relativity' and also processing technology such as 'Nuix'.
You will have differentiated yourself from your peers for attention to detail and work quality. You will also be either a) highly technical, having the ability to write code, strong SQL skills and administer Relativity or b) very experienced in project managing Discovery engagements within the Big 4 environment.
This role will allow you to use your Discovery and engagement management experience, electronic document review expertise, problem solving ability and methodical approach to find meaningful solutions for a variety of clients. You are likely to be working on multiple projects at the same time and will have to manage your own and your team's time to tight deadlines.
Requirements
As a manager, you will be very familiar with client engagement processes together with risk and compliance procedures. You will be expected to develop junior staff in their careers and make a contribution to the on-going management of the practice. Ideally, you will have a genuine interest in learning and implementing new technologies to further advance the tools used within the team.
Key skills and experience include:
* Experience of managing a team and Discovery projects
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Strong problem solving and conceptual thinking capabilities
* Proven experience in managing Big 4 engagements including take on, billing and closure
* A strong work ethic
* An ability to present to and build relationships with clients
* Flexibility on working hours and a willingness to work on projects abroad
Required technical skills:
* Strong Relativity expertise
* Experience in the use of processing and review tools
* Strong degree in a field with emphasis on technical, analytical and/or problem solving skills
Desirable technical skills:
* Ability to manage forensic collections
* Relativity certification
* Nuix and/or other processing tool skills
* Programming or scripting skills in an number of languages
* Encase certification (or equivalent)
