Job description / Role
A truly unique opportunity to join a fast-growing SME Consumer Products business based in Dubai who are embracing the recent change in consumer behavior and building a D2C channel, for which they need an eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead on.
This individual will be responsible for the daily running of both the company’s own Shopify site as well as the relationship with Amazon and for growing the business in line with company revenue objectives, over the next 3 years.
Key responsibilities
• Responsible for the day to day trading of the Shopify site
• Select inventory suitable for online sale and upload to relevant platforms
• Collaborate with the warehouse and ops team to ensure optimum stock levels are maintained
• Define full marketing strategy, executing and optimising campaigns to achieve strong ROI across both company website and Amazon channels
• Define online KPI’s and provide weekly and monthly trade summaries and reports
• Monitor & optimise product pricing to achieve balance of growth and profitability
• Test and maintain optimum UX for the company Shopify site
• Develop roadmap for feature development of site and UX
Requirements
Skills & Experience
• Previous experience of ecommerce management and digital marketing to drive growth, within an SME Consumer Products business
• Demonstrable success of defining, executing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns
• Strong technical understanding of how ecommerce websites operate and function
• Proven track record in effectively managing Amazon marketing tools
• String analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Good experience of web analytics tools to interrogate KPI's
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take ownership of all aspects of the eCommerce
