Drive Beauty and Personal Care in the eCommerce channel across customers in Gulf

Job Position eCommerce Key Account Executive - Gulf
Reports to E-commerce Manager- NAME
Location Dubai

Roles & Responsibilities

e-Commerce:
- Reach shoppers anytime anywhere by ensuring coverage across e-retailers/sub-channels of eCommerce (Pure Play, Omnichannel, and B2B2C)
- Account/customer management- build, negotiate and execute JBP with eCommerce customers
- Drive the JBP /JBP Agenda with the Retailers and have Plans for eCommerce within customers plans.
- Identify Key Categories to win online via exclusive portfolio, offerings, and marketing plans.
- Work closely with the Digital Hub team and cross functional teams to build eCommerce excellence
- Lead the cross-cluster processes with scalable capability models and deliver best practices
- P&L management for specific categories
- Drive all KPI through the perfect store online model, tools and operational excellence

Requirements

Key Competencies & Skills - Standards of Leadership

Role requirements:
- 3-5 Years of Sales & Marketing experience
- eCommerce Experience is a must
- Customer marketing experience
- Digital experience is a plus
- Category management and analytics
- Trade investment and ROMI
- Previous experience with eCommerce is a must
