Position Title: E-commerce Product Owner
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

One of the leading Retail Group in the UAE, based in Dubai, operating across GCC as a one stop shop for high quality global brands at a competitive price for electronics.
Job Description:
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the business analyst and UX design resources, agile design best practice.
• Ensure business design team is effectively resourced, that positive team culture is established, and strive to build a collaborative, high-performing team while being responsible for performance management.
• Own the product backlog within JIRA and manage the prioritization process to ensure that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood.
• Responsible for breaking Epics into features and ‘just in time’ stories for delivery within JIRA and Confluence.
• Owns the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
• Coordinate buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 35 years old and below
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Strong background as a Product Owner/Manager within e-commerce; preferably with delivery/mobility aggregators or food aggregators
• Exposed to Micro Services; has ability to challenge IT architecture and implementation approaches
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
