Job description / Role
This semi government entity are seeking a System Administrator to join their expanding division. The company manage new and existing projects and contracts around Abu Dhabi and require an experienced and competent candidate.
You will provide system training and guidance for internal staff and liaise with the system provider directly.
- Carry out system audits
- Manage new and existing projects that need adding onto the system
- Raise reports on ACONEX
- Act as first point of contact for queries
Requirements
The successful candidate must have at lease 2 years document control experience and have excellent knowledge of the processes and procedures that are followed in the construction industry.
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience using and managing an EDMS (ACONEX extremely desirable)
- Ability to build strong relationships
