Education Executive - Leading Cosmetic Brand

Job description / Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an 'Education Executive' to join a leading cosmetic company based in Dubai.

This role will require the executive to provide support to the manager and surrounding team, allowing them to achieve retail sales targets. The executive will provide the team and consultants with the knowledge and skills required to reach their targets.

This role will require extensive travelling, ensuring that all regional employees are educated to a high standard. (65% travel)

Responsibilities

In store coaching:
- Support the in store employees and managers, ensuring they are knowledgeable in all aspects of the brand and products
- Support and induct new employees and consultants
- Ensure the brands philosophy, culture and standards are continually reinforced and displayed within all stores
- Monitor employees performance, highlight weaknesses and provide guidance in the areas which are needed

Class teaching:
- Conduct academy programs
- Prepare and present all training programs for consultants
- Train and employees to reach their set KPI's - providing guidance on business skills

Administration:
- Provide regional education manager with a follow up report of employees performance and development
- Conduct goals for the education department and where it needs to improve
- Arrange catering and travel arrangements for training academy’s

Requirements

- Bilingual (Arabic and English) - Essential
- 2 - 3 years experience as a hands on adult educator
- Qualification/degree within Education/Business
- Experience working in a similar role within cosmetics or similar industry
- Strategic thinker
- Works well within a team
