We would like to inform you that we are hiring for Electrical Engineers with experience levels from 10 to 15 years.

By working on this unique project you will become part of a major global player in LSAW Line pipe and OCTG business as well.

Key Responsibilities for the role will include but not limited to:
- Assist review of detail engineering of the project from Electrical engineering perspective during EPC stage.
- Ensure high level of availability and reliability of the plant during normal operation from electrical perspective.
- Develop and implement best in class sourcing and preventive, predictive and shut down maintenance philosophies for equipments from electrical engineering perspective.
- Assist Operations department with the support of Maintenance Manager and technicians from electrical perspective in day to day job
- Review and finalise detail engineering documents from maintenance and operability (electrical equipment) stand point
- Manage all works related to electrical maintenance of the plant/project in a professional manner and communicate effectively with internal (technicians, operations team, others) and external teams (PMC and EPC)
- Develop electrical maintenance plan in consultation with Maintenance Manager. Maintenance plan shall include sourcing, planning and Predictive, Preventive and Shut down maintenance philosophy
- Develop manpower deployment and training plan for the electrical maintenance team in consultation with Maintenance Manager, by taking in to account of trainings offered by EPC and overall schedule
- Develop periodical activities according to maintenance planning program
- Conduct all aspects of maintenance department from electrical standpoint independently in alignment with Operations Team
- Reduce electrical maintenance cost by constantly enhancing precision of maintenance activities
- Develop lagging and leading performance indicators from electrical engineering standpoint to ensure high availability and reliability of the plant, to meet the expectation of operations department and overall cost reductions
- Develop electrical equipment upgrade/maintenance budget
- Ensure accurate and quality reporting
- Develop benchmark and improve maintenance processes/systems continuously
- Develop training and development plan for the technicians in consultation with Operations Team, Maintenance Manager

Requirements

- Four year technical or engineering degree (Electrical)
- Technical post graduate degree is considered as a plus
- Full time resource with proven track record in maintenance of electrical equipments in an LSAW plant
- 10 years of experience in an LSAW pipe mill, preferably with JCO technology or 15 years of metal industry experience with 5 years in LSAW plant
- Responsible for electrical maintenance of entire factory
- Good understanding of electrical equipments used in LSAW plant
- Prior experience in leading and working with teams
- Prior Greenfield or Brownfield project development experience

Skills Required:
- Strong problem solving capability in technical matters pertaining to LSAW plant electrical systems
- Man management skills.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams.
