Job description / Role
* Budget Estimation for MEP Projects
* Design and local Authorities approval for MEP Works ( Electrical and Mechanical Experience)
* Planning and Procurement for all MEP Services
* Establish and maintain good communication skills with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
* Material Management - Evaluating the exact quality of material required for the project and indents the same accordingly.
* Preparation of Work Program
* Project Execution (site supervision, progress meeting, approvals, coordination with other services, variation claims , sub-contract allocations, testing and commissioning of services, handing over of project)
* Project Handing over documentation (Testing certificates, O&M Manuals)
* Lead and Supervise execution team to carry out electrical works in coordination with the client.
* Submitting Progress Report on Weekly basis
Requirements
The successful candidate must have his/her bachelors degree or diploma certificate in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 1 year experience in the UAE.
Must be registered with DEWA in Dubai, or prepared to sit and pass the Dubai Municipality exam for Electrical Works upon joining.
