Job description / Role

Job Summary / Goals :
1. Responsible for the effective management of all construction related activities in accordance with the Quality Management Systems Work Instructions.
2. Responsible for the Site co-ordination of Services and the remainders of the Works.
3. To provide frontline operational management of a team of site staff undertaking installation at site.
4. Ensure safe working procedures are followed in accordance with the Company HSE Plan and Project HSE Plan.
5. Ensure that the progress of works is in accordance with the Contract Programme.
6. Ensure the works are completed on time and technically correct in accordance with the working drawings and specifications.
7. Responsible for the production and implementation of necessary quality procedures and method statements for the works to be carried out along with temporary design, survey and site investigation
8. Ensure progress records are maintained in a format required by the Planner.

Salary:
AED 8,500 to 9,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Accommodation will also be provided.

Requirements

The ideal Candidate MUST be Eastern European with 5 years electrical installation experience.
Job Specification [Qualification, Experience, Skills & Trainings] :
1. ITI / Diploma with 5yrs. experience.
2. Knowledge of Electrical and ELV systems like BMS, CBS, Fire Alarm, telecom and Security.
3. Ability to develop and deliver work on time.
4. Knowledge of Standard installation details.
5. Man management skills to lead a team of site staff.
6. Knowledge of International, Dubai and Abu Dhabi regulations and codes of practice.
7. Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications.
8. Knowledge of Safety / Risk Analysis.
9. Communication Skills.
10. On Job Training.
