Employment: Full Time

We’re seeking a top-notch area specialist with extensive community knowledge to help us handle our clients sales needs in Emirates Living. You’ll collaborate with team members across ERE HOMES to handle the daily high volume of incoming leads. You will need to be able to work under pressure and must possess excellent time management skills to cope with the constant flow of clients. We welcome big egos, who push the boundaries of creativity whilst ensuring ERE HOMES values are upheld. If you’re a self-starter who likes working in a busy environment, and loves the buzz of closing deals, then we want to have a chat with you!

Day to day, you’ll be supported by your Area Co-ordinators alongside our comprehensive Marketing Team. Your managers will be there to push you and you will need to be ready from the first day in. Your role covers the obvious, servicing our incoming leads and placing happy customers into their new homes.

The important bit you want to know about, ERE HOMES registers in excess of 800 leads a week, we have the highest property portal exposure in UAE, have just been awarded the Number one Agency in Arabia and have more resources internally than a Swiss army knife. We are partnered with all the major players, Hertz, OSN and Al Futtaim to name just a few. Our offices are open everyday, our jeeps are a recognized brand and our managers are all ex-Dubai top-performing agents. We don’t do micro-management but we do do support, we don’t do turkeys and we only employ eagles, most importantly we want people who have a dream.

Requirements

Who we are looking for: You are charismatic and of an excellent corporate appearance, there’s no room for floppy cardigans or flip-flops at our place. You are competitive and have a strong desire to be number one. You have at least one years experience in Emirates Living Sales and possess outstanding area knowledge. You are an avid networker, not frightened of the phone and do not have the word “no” in your vocabulary. You are honest and competitive and have a proven track record in the industry.

This position is full-time at our vibrant open plan office in the Cayan Building in Tecom, the one with the beautiful atrium. We provide a dedicated management programme for those in search of growth and an up-to 70% commission scheme for those who only want to grow their bank balances.
