Job description / Role

Beauty Development Programme is designed to provide ambitious High School Graduates a successful career in beauty product distribution.

This programme will give you a very focussed and structured learning experience. You will be assigned a coach to support you throughout the programme and you will benefit from trainings that are delivered by experts of the Chalhoub Retail Academy. You could also undergo an extensive course for developing your English language skills that will compliment your work experience.

Regular feedback and reviews will ensure that you get the best out of the programme to put you on the right track and to accompany you in your development.

Requirements

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate drive and ambition to grow in our Group.

Once your application is received, you will be contacted by our recruitment team who will assess the application. If successful, you will be invited to a 1.5-day training to prepare for the final interview
and selection process.
