JOBSCAN is closely partnering with its clients to achieve their goals of recruiting young, talented and ambitious Emirati University Graduates for their Graduate Management Training Programs.
As part of our search process, we are seeking recent Emirati graduates, interested in developing their careers in the aviation and banking industry, commencing as Management Trainees. The trainees will get plenty of opportunities to learn, develop their leadership and managerial skills and shine in their career.
Requirements
- Emirati Nationals
- Fresh university graduates (Year of Graduating - 2015, 2014, 2013)
- G-PA score of 2.5 to 4
- IELTS score of 6.0 and above
- Self-disciplined and Independent
- Strong communication skills and time management skills
- Creative and logical thought process
- Flexibility to work in any Emirate
- Flexibility to train and travel internationally
