Job description / Role
We are looking for a hard-working and tenacious Emiratisation Recruiter to maintain and develop an existing Emiratisation desk at Hays in Dubai. Hays Emiratisation is considered to be one of the market leaders in Emiratisation recruitment in the UAE. Due to continued growth, we are now expanding our Emiratisation desk, to continue to provide an expert service to our growing list of clients.
You will be responsible for a full 360 recruitment responsibilities as well as maintaining and developing clients and Emiratisation candidates from a variety of different professional backgrounds including; accountancy & finance, marketing, HR, IT, & administration.
Requirements
To be successful for this role you will need to be Degree qualified and ideally speak Arabic (but not essential). You must have previously run an Emiratisation desk and have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience. You must also have a strong business development background and an ability to influence and persuade.
