Employment: Full Time

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a HR candidate with a focus on compensation and benefits across the Middle East region. Joining a dynamic HR team, it is expected that you will be confident in your relationship building skills to communicate information to employees across all levels of seniority. You will manage both the implementation and administration of the benefits programme, supported by your up-to-date knowledge and market analysis studies within the management consultancy sector.

You will identify trends, legal obligations and asses employee feedback to manage cost effective solutions and ensure that the benefits offered are highly competitive in order to attract and maintain the top talent for this global organisation. Creating accessible resources and information booklets you will ensure that these are creative and innovative to encourage employees to access the information easily and address any initial first line queries. The role of the Employee Benefits Associate, will also be responsible for the tracking of the budget and therefore strong excel skills are required to do so. This is a hands-on administrative position, with expected growth over time to take on wider HR projects when required.

Requirements

Therefore, the position would suit those with 1-2 years of actual compensation and benefits exposure as opposed to an overall HR Generalist. Advantageous attributes include a HR qualification/ degree and fluency in the Arabic language. The successful candidate will join a global market leading organisation with a great deal of stability and scope for development in the future.
