Employment: Full Time

The Enterprise Resilience practice, and specifically Enterprise Risk and Governance Services, is rapidly growing and exciting area. We are looking for someone who can support our established work and help grow our business. Someone who has a deep understanding and is passionate about risk management, and has the people and intellectual sills to be able to communicate issues to a non-technical audience.

We are looking for an Associate that is a fresh graduate preferably with 1-2 years of experience in a professional company. Having experience with Risk Management, development of risk assessment frameworks, root cause analysis and assessing information and business risks for clients is a plus.

The candidate will be familiar with Risk best practice standards (ISO31k & COSO Framework and similar) and will have to adapt them to suit clients’ needs. The candidate should shape these standards and frameworks into specific risk management procedures, strategies or approaches and then successfully applied them to develop comprehensive risk registers and treatment plans.

The candidate will be familiar with information and business risks, and this strength will lead them to have a broader appreciation of other areas of risk assessment including ERM or similar.

The candidate will seamlessly mesh these into an overall risk management philosophy that is focused on business impact and the ‘so what’ of risks and threats, talking to senior C-suite concerns.

Requirements

- Strong academic and professional background.
- Strong researching and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong Time management skills.
- Mastery in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Projects, etc)
- Strong understanding of global information and business risk management frameworks (ISO31K, BCM, ERM, COSO, PESTLE etc)
- Having a dynamic personality, driven by achievement.
- Capable of adapting to flexible working hours.
- Capable of traveling across the region.
- Experience in working in mutli-cultural environments, preferably in the Middle East.
- Strong written and oral English skills.
- Strong written and oral Arabic skills; Native speaker is desirable.
