Epic Orders Analyst

Job description / Role

- A senior IT healthcare professional with min.
- 5 years of experience in implementation / support of Clinical modules in a hospital environment
- Primary focus: Epic Orders
- Secondary focus: Epic Clinical Documentation
- Support role experience in a hospital
- How to manage running systems and troubleshoot live running systems
- Good experience in ticketing toolMaximo or Tivoli

Requirements

- Relevant Epic certification required Certified in EPIC Orders (mandatory)
- Good Communication & Presentation skills.
- Influencing & innovative skills, negotiation skills
- Possess the ability to multi-task, prioritise and succeed in a mission critical environment
- Customer Relationship Management Skills
- Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
- Prior experience in planning and delivering IT training –Highly Desirable
